Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that a change of mind or “buyer’s remorse” is not a consideration when bringing an issue to our attention.

Little Crystal Company does not accept exchanges. Because no two crystals are exactly alike it is not possible to make “even exchanges”. Please remember to review item photos and consider carefully before making a purchase.
Sometimes the website can miscalculate shipping, if there is an overpayment it will be refunded at our discretion. It will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
