Not every stone is meant for us.
I know, I know, who do I think I am right? But hear me out, crystals can be on their own journey (much like ourselves). Sometimes that journey doesn’t involve us, or sometimes we’re a temporary stop along the way.
If a crystal isn’t for you, you WILL know it if your heart and intuition are listening. Sometimes it’s obvious immediately that a crystal we just got doesn’t jive in our life. Other times we just find that one day we no longer feel attached to an old crystal friend and that’s all ok!
If you notice any of the above about a crystal or stone in your collection the right thing to do is to help it on its way to its next home.
- It’s possible that you may be inspired to give it as a gift, do this! Your intuition is usually right.
- You can post it to a swap group and someone who needs it will recognize their new crystal ally and claim it from you.
- You can post it for sale, sometimes we need some cash and most of the time that crystal wasn’t free so it’s ok to recoup what you spent on it. The crystal certainly isn’t worth less just because it’s meant for another!
Sometimes it can hard to part with a crystal ally but in your heart you’ll know you’ve done the right thing!✨
